1. Agreement to these Terms

“Profile Signals” is the trading name of Safout for Web Design and Development, a company established under the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with its registered office at Deir Ghbar, Queen Zain Alsharaf Street, Amman, Jordan (“Profile Signals”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We operate the Service, receive payment for it and are the party you contract with.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Profile Signals. They govern your access to and use of the Profile Signals website, the profile analysis, your results and reports, and any related features or services (together, the “Service”).

By ticking the box to agree to these Terms when you give us your details, by confirming your upload, by purchasing a report, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service and you will not be able to view your results.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

You must not submit any content depicting a minor for analysis, including photographs of children who appear alongside you. We may request reasonable age verification, and we may suspend, refuse or delete access and content where we reasonably believe this requirement has been breached.

3. The Service

Profile Signals analyses the screenshots, images and quiz answers you provide and uses automated systems, including artificial-intelligence models, to generate an impression of how your social media presence may be perceived by others. This may include scores, percentages, labels, insights, assumptions, problems and suggested fixes (“Results”). A preview of your Results is free; the complete report may require payment.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, timely or error-free.

4. AI results disclaimer: please read carefully

• Results are generated automatically by AI. They are opinions and estimates, not facts, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, misleading or unexpected. Some may feel blunt or uncomfortable. That is part of the product and not a statement about your worth.
• Results are provided solely for general information, entertainment and personal self-reflection. They are not psychological, psychiatric, medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, career or relationship advice, and they are not a diagnosis or assessment of your personality, mental health or character.
• Results must not be treated as factual findings, and must not be relied on to assess or decide any person’s dating compatibility, reputation, employability, attractiveness, personality, trustworthiness, credibility, mental state, sexual orientation, political beliefs, religion, ethnicity, health, criminal propensity, socioeconomic status or any other sensitive or personal characteristic.
• Any Result describing how a person appears, seems, comes across or may be perceived is an AI-generated impression, not a factual assertion about that person’s identity, character, conduct, intentions, finances, relationships or circumstances. Results must be read and shared with that in mind.
• Results do not tell you how any specific person actually sees you. The same images can produce different Results at different times.
• Scores and percentages are illustrative indicators produced by an AI model. They are not scientific, clinical or objective measurements and have not been scientifically validated.
• You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take based on Results. Do not use Results instead of advice from a qualified professional. If you are feeling distressed, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

5. What the Service is not designed to do

The Service is not designed or intended to identify, verify, predict or infer biometric identity or any protected or sensitive characteristic. This includes race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic or health information, sex life and sexual orientation. Our models are instructed not to comment on these characteristics and not to rate anyone’s body or physical attractiveness.

You must not attempt to use, prompt, manipulate or combine the Service, or any Result, for any such purpose, and you must not present any Result as if it revealed such a characteristic.

No automated system is perfect. If a Result appears to touch on a protected or sensitive characteristic, that is an error in the output and not a determination by us about anyone. Please tell us at info@profilesignals.io so we can review it.

6. Model variability and changes to the Service

The Service may use different artificial-intelligence models, model versions, prompts, methodologies, weighting systems and service providers from time to time. Results may therefore vary between analyses, even when identical content is submitted.

Scores, rankings, percentages and other indicators are not reproducible, objective or scientifically validated measurements. We do not undertake to preserve any particular model, methodology, scoring system, feature or previous Result, and we may change or withdraw any of them at any time.

7. Your content and your responsibilities

“Your Content” means everything you submit to the Service, including images, screenshots, quiz answers, your name, your email address and any other information.

By submitting Your Content, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorised controller of the profile being analysed, and that you have all rights, consents and permissions required to submit it and to let us process it as described in these Terms, including permission from every identifiable individual appearing in it. You must not analyse another person without their knowledge and permission.

You also confirm that:

• Your Content is not unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory or infringing;
• Your Content does not depict a minor, and does not show anyone in a way that violates their privacy or other rights;
• the name and email address you give us are accurate and belong to you.

Before your first upload, we ask you to confirm these points — and that you understand the analysis is an AI-generated impression rather than a fact about anyone — by ticking a box, and we keep a record of that confirmation. The Service is designed for analysing your own profile. You are responsible for Your Content and for the consequences of submitting it.

8. Licence you grant us

You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant Profile Signals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, analyse, transmit and display Your Content. We may sublicense this only to our service providers. We use this licence only to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service, deliver your Results, provide support and comply with the law.

We do not sell Your Content, we do not make your images or Results public, and we do not use them to train or fine-tune AI models (see section 11). This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems. The exceptions are copies we must keep to meet legal obligations and copies that stay in routine backups for a limited time.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited purposes

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harass, stalk, shame, profile or monitor anyone, or submit another person’s images without their permission;
• use the Service or any Result for background checks, vetting, due diligence on individuals, surveillance, investigations, law-enforcement purposes, identity verification, fraud scoring, eligibility determinations, risk assessments, or any decision concerning another person’s rights, opportunities, access to services or legal interests;
• use Results to make decisions about anyone’s employment, housing, credit, insurance, education or access to any service;
• attempt to infer or reveal anyone’s identity or any protected or sensitive characteristic, as described in section 5;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, depicts a minor, or violates anyone’s privacy or other rights;
• copy, scrape, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or its Results, or use them to build a competing product;
• reverse engineer, probe, attack, overload or interfere with the Service or its security, or get around any payment or access control;
• access the Service through bots, scripts or other automated means;
• give false information or impersonate anyone.

If we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, we may remove content, withhold Results or suspend your access.

10. Moderation and our operational discretion

We may, but are not obliged to, refuse or remove content, decline to generate or display any Result, modify safety filters, suppress outputs, investigate suspected misuse, suspend access, preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary, and cooperate with lawful authorities or valid legal process.

Exercising or not exercising these rights does not create a duty to monitor all content or Results, and does not make us responsible for content or Results we have not removed.

11. Privacy and your data

What we collect. We collect the name, email address and “how did you hear about us” answer you give us; your quiz answers; the images and screenshots you upload; your Results; whether you have paid; and the date, time and version of these Terms and of the upload confirmation that you accepted. We also collect technical and usage data (such as device, browser and pages visited) through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics pixels such as TikTok’s. Payments are processed by PayPal, and we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

Why we use it. We use your data to generate and deliver your Results, process purchases, provide support, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, measure and improve our Service and marketing, and comply with the law. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests and our legal obligations.

AI providers and model training. Your images and answers are sent to our AI provider only to generate your Results. We do not use submitted images, answers or Results to train or fine-tune any model, and we do not permit our AI provider to use them to train or improve its general-purpose models. Our provider may process and retain content only to supply, secure and support the service, including limited abuse monitoring under its own business terms, after which it is deleted.

Who we share it with. We share data with service providers that act on our behalf. These include cloud hosting and storage providers, AI model providers that process your images and answers to generate Results, payment processors, and analytics and advertising partners, which receive technical and usage data only. We put contracts in place requiring these providers to process personal data only on our instructions, keep it secure, and delete or return it when it is no longer needed. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We never sell your images or Results.

International transfers. Our providers may process your data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Retention. We keep each category of personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for:

• Uploaded images and generated Results — while needed to produce and deliver your Results and to let you re-open your results link, then deleted or anonymised when that purpose ends or when you ask us to delete them;
• Account and contact records (name, email, source answer, and the record of the Terms and upload confirmations you accepted) — while you use the Service and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need them to evidence your acceptance and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
• Transaction records — for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and payment rules;
• Support correspondence — while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards;
• Security and system logs — for a short period for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting;
• Backups — copies may remain in routine backups until those backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

We may keep information for longer where the law requires it, or where it is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email info@profilesignals.io from the address you used with the Service. We may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Keep your results link private. Anyone who has your personal results link can view your Results. Only share it with people you want to see them.

Security and incidents. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us over the internet. If a personal-data breach happens, we will assess it and, where the law requires, notify the competent authority and affected users without undue delay.

12. Payments, pricing and refunds

• Prices are shown before you buy and are charged in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own terms. Promotional and discounted prices may be time-limited and can change at any time.
• The full report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you expressly ask us to begin supplying it straight away. To the extent the law allows, you acknowledge at checkout that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal (“cooling-off” right) once delivery has started.
• All sales are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a technical failure on our side prevented the report from being delivered. If that happens, email info@profilesignals.io within 14 days of purchase and we will deliver the report or refund you.
• Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve the issue. We may suspend access to the Service and your reports while a dispute is open.

13. Our intellectual property

The Service is owned by or licensed to Profile Signals and is protected by intellectual-property laws. This includes its software, design, text, graphics and logos, the “Profile Signals” name, our scoring methods and prompts, and the format and presentation of Results.

Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service. Under it you may view, download and share your own Results for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve all other rights. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

14. Third-party services and platform rules

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as hosting, AI, payment and analytics services, and may link to other websites or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You are solely responsible for making sure that obtaining, capturing, downloading, uploading or otherwise submitting content that comes from any third-party platform complies with that platform’s terms, restrictions and applicable law.

Profile Signals is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X or any other platform whose content you upload, or by their respective owners.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, REPRODUCIBLE, SCIENTIFICALLY VALIDATED OR USEFUL. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, SUCH AS MORE FOLLOWERS, ENGAGEMENT, MATCHES OR OPPORTUNITIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES OR INTERRUPTIONS.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) PROFILE SIGNALS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. NOR WILL THEY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATION OR OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. THIS APPLIES TO ANY SUCH LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR ANY RESULTS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF IT. (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) USD 50.

These limitations apply whatever the legal theory, whether contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. They apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Profile Signals and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents. This covers any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your Content;
• your submission or analysis of content showing another person, including any claim that you did not have their permission;
• your use or misuse of the Service or Results;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual-property rights.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service, refuse or cancel any analysis or purchase, and delete Your Content at any time without notice. We will do so only if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data.

Some sections survive the end of this agreement because of their nature. These are sections 4 to 13 (section 8 to the extent needed) and sections 15 to 22, together with any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive.

19. Disputes, class-action waiver and governing law

• Talk to us first. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@profilesignals.io and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
• Individual claims only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Profile Signals may bring claims against each other only individually. Neither of us may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action.
• Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arose. Otherwise it is permanently barred.
• Governing law. These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them, are governed by the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Courts. Subject to any mandatory rights available to you as a consumer, the competent courts of Amman, Jordan have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or the Service. Where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there, or to rely on its mandatory protections, nothing in these Terms takes that right away.
• Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to tell you, for example by asking you to accept the updated Terms before your next analysis. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

21. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreements or understandings.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed, and the rest of these Terms will stay in full effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Electronic acceptance. You agree that ticking a box to agree to these Terms, or to confirm your upload permissions, is your electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We record the date, time and version of what you agreed to. You also agree that we may communicate with you electronically.
• Language and headings. These Terms are written in English. Headings are for convenience only.
